TENDER DESCRIPTION

The purpose of this Tender is to appoint a qualified takaful insurance provider / registered takaful insurance agent for MHTC Insurance Scheme of Group Term Life (GTL) And Group Hospital & Surgical (GHS) From 1st June 2024 – 31st May 2025 (With 1 Year Renewal).

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS

  1. Registered Takaful insurance
  2. Insurance agent with a minimum of 5 years of industry experience
  3. Only one agent per insurance provider will be allowed to bid (first come first serve basis)

SCOPE OF WORK

1. Group Hospitalisation (GHS)
A cashless medical card ensures employees have hassle-free hospitalisation. A higher overall limit and room board. Eligible age for member and spouse 18 to 64 years old, with expiry date is 71 years old, age next birthday. Eligible age of child is between 15 days to 23 years old, age next birthday.

2. Group Term Life (GTL)
Covering death for all causes or total and permanent disability (all causes) or partial and permanent disability (all causes) or terminal illness whichever is earlier. Eligible entry age is 16 to 64 years old, age next birthday. Maximum expiry age is 71 years old, age next birthday.
