Senior Executive – Healthcare (Strategy & Operations)

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning: Developing and implementing creative approaches and operational frameworks to augment healthcare services, improve patient experience offerings, and achieve organisational objectives.
  • Identify priority medical specialties, source markets, and regions to focus health tourism promotion efforts.
  • Project Management: Lead cross-functional healthcare projects involving new initiatives, technology integrations, and data-driven formulation of new programs.
  • Conduct analysis and research of regional healthcare trends, competitive landscape, economic factors to identify growth opportunities within the healthcare and health tourism industry.
  • Oversee partnerships and collaborations of MHTC with the ecosystem players to strengthen the health tourism strategies.
  • Assist in optimization of operational workflows and processes to deliver seamless care experiences for health tourists.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to assess demand and promote the country's services to potential health travel customers in nearby regions.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports for senior management on the strategic initiatives and outcomes.
  • Any other ad-hoc tasks and duties as assigned by the VP of Healthcare.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any healthcare-related fields (Medicine, Pharmacy, Biomedical/Biotechnology, Health sciences, Nursing, etc).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare field (experience in strategy and operations is preferable but not compulsory).
  • Strong analytical abilities and knowledge of health trends and issues affecting regional/global healthcare.
  • Good data-driven decision-making capabilities and program management skills.
  • Stakeholder management skills and ability to collaborate with diverse healthcare partners.
  • Demonstrated ability to implement healthcare strategies and solutions incorporating new ideas + technology will be advantageous.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Melayu.

Head of Communications

  • Minimum 1-3 years of related working experience.
  • Strong command of English and Malay. Proficiency in the Indonesian language is an advantage.
  • Commendable communication, public speaking, leadership, and analytical skills. Good people, time, and project management skills.
  • Familiar with MS Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Willing and able to travel frequently.

Manager - Corporate Strategy

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Hold a Degree in Marketing/Economics/Business Administration or any related field.
  • At least 5 years’ progressive experience in market research, business analysis, and strategy planning.
  • Demonstrated experience in qualitative and quantitative market research, both traditional and online.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in computer skills, including MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong command of both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
