1How can I register?

Click “Register Now” on our website Fill in the related field and submit the form. We shall reply you within 24 working hours for payment process.
2How do I make payment for participating insigHT2018?

We accept Bank Transfer, Cheque and Telegraphic Transfer to Malaysia Healthcare Travel Council
3Am I eligible for member price?

If you are a member of MHTC, you are eligible for member price.
4What is the deadline for registration?

Registration closes on 31st August 2018. However, we encourage you to register early to enjoy our early bird promo which ends on 15 July 2018. Register online now at as we have limited seats.
5Does insigHT2018 conference offer HRDF/CPD points?

Yes, we do. Please submit the necessary details on your end and claim your points.
6Where will insigHT2018 take place?

insigHT2018 conference will be held in Grand Ballroom, Level 2 at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral, Malaysia.
7How to collect my conference pass?

Collect your conference pass at the designated registration counter on 3rd September 2018. Please show us your e-ticket to ensure smooth registration.
8Which hotel should I stay?

You can choose variety of hotels nearby according to your budget or stay at Aloft Kuala Lumpur Sentral. Visit to get the latest promotions.
9How to get to the venue?

Kuala Lumpur Sentral is one of Malaysia’s largest transit hub. Refer to for more information.
10What is the parking rate?

Parking rate for participants is RM 10.00 for 9 hours. Please get parking validation at our conference venue.
11What time should I be there?

Registration counter opens at 8:00 AM. Register early to enjoy our welcome snack and start networking.
12What should I wear?

This is a corporate event. Please wear suitable corporate attire for both days.
13What’s included in the ticket purchase?

You will get to attend 2-day insigHT2018 Medical Travel Market Intelligence conference, an official insigHT2018 conference kit, certificate of attendance and meals throughout the 2-day conference.
14What if I want to cancel my ticket?

Any cancellation before 1st August 2018 will be refunded 50% of the total ticket amount. No refund for cancellation after 1st August 2018.
15How can I retain invoice/receipt for a group registration?

Our Secretariat will reach you via email once we have the official invoice/receipt ready. Our payment terms are 14 days after sending the tax invoice. No booking is made without payment. Contact our Secretariat 603–2267 6888 or email us at [email protected] if you need further clarification.
16Is WIFI provided?

Yes. WIFI is provided for both days.
17I have special needs (dietary, mobility etc.) how can I inform you of them?

Inform Secretariat of insigHT2018 at 603–2267 6888 or email us at [email protected] before the event day for any on site assistance during the event.
18How can I become a sponsor?

20Can I attend the masterclass?

Masterclass is exclusively for C-level by invitation only.
