复管令SOP – 医疗旅客不能逛街购物 完成治疗直接回国

(吉隆坡22日讯)马来西亚医疗旅游理事会(MHTC)总执行长瑟琳阿兹里指出,为医疗旅游而前来大马的游客,不能在国内逛街购物或旅游,反之需在完成治疗后直接回国。 瑟琳阿兹里在接受马来报章《每日新闻》访问时说,政府制定的最新标准作业程序内已涵盖上述条件,以遏制任何涉及境外输入病例的新冠肺炎疫情蔓延风险。 她指出,上述标准作业程序自7月1日起起生效,而这严谨的标准作业程序之一,是政府为了让医疗旅游领域在重启之余,也可确保没有涉及医疗旅客的境外输入病例在国内蔓延的风险。 “在这之前,外国公民经医疗旅游配套前来大马进行治疗时,透过其他活动为国内经济提供贡献,但如今他们需在进行治疗后,直接回国。” “政府于6月19日宣布有关重新开放此领域后,我们要降低新冠肺炎疫情蔓延的风险,和国家安全理事会及卫生部一起讨论后落实的严谨标准作业程序。” 她指出,外国病患若要前来大马进行医疗旅游,需向马来西亚医疗旅游理事会申请,并仅能在该理事会之下注册的70家医院接受治疗。 她也说,该理事会在批准患者申请后,外国病患需在赴马的3天前进行新冠肺炎检测,并在抵马后到医院内隔离14天。 “在完成治疗后,他们需进行第3次的新冠肺炎检测,若没染疫,他们会直接被送回国。” Source: China Press
