Mumbai, 15 FEBRUARY – Chief Executive Officer of MHTC, Sherene Azli was honoured at the World Health and Wellness Congress 2017, held at Taj Lands End. The inaugural event saw 50 women from all walks of life, around the world, lauded as “Outstanding Women in Healthcare”.
Recognised for her efforts and initiative towards driving Malaysia healthcare to greater heights, Sherene was honoured to receive this accolade.

Health, Wellness and Fitness are all inter-related industries taken into consideration in the Congress this year. Ms Sherene Azli is part of a panel where the topic of discussion is “Access and Quality of Healthcare Services: Disparities and Inequities”. She is joined along with other prominent leaders in the the healthcare industry such as Ms. Sasa Bozic, Owner and Executive Wellness Coach of Sasa Consulting, Slovenia; Ms. Teressa Siu, an award winning Hong Kong journalist who specialises in Wellness and Health.

Malaysian private hospitals also possess accreditation from reputable institutions, such as the Joint Commission International (JCI), Malaysian Society for Quality in Health (MSQH), Australian Council of Healthcare Standards (ACHS) and the International Society for Quality in Healthcare (ISQua).
